Cancellation policy: No charge if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Early check-out: If an attendee checks out prior to the reserved check-out date without notifying the front desk, the hotel will charge an early departure fee of US$35. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
